How does the membership cashback work?
Your refund is calculated based on your average weekly balance: up to $2,500 you earn 2%, from $2,500 to $10,000 3%, and over $10,000 4%. Cashback is automatically credited on Fridays. The special rate applies to the first $2,000 of purchases per monthly cycle; then the standard 1% rate applies.
What's included in the 4 free monthly transactions?
The four free transactions include any combination of deposits and withdrawals to virtual accounts, Puntoxpress, Payvalida (El Salvador) and cryptocurrency withdrawals. There are four transactions in total per 30-day period, regardless of type. They do not roll over to the next month if you do not use them all.
When will the physical card be available and who can apply for it?
The physical card is currently in development and will soon be available to users who have completed KYC. Availability will be limited initially and distributed by invitation to active membership users. We will notify you when you can request one in your region.
