How does the membership cashback work?
Your cashback is calculated based on your weekly average balance: up to $2,500 you get 2%, from $2,500 to $10,000 you get 3%, and from $10,000 to $20,000 you get up to 4%. Cashback is automatically credited every Friday. Once you reach $2,000 in monthly cashback, the percentage reverts to 1% until the next period.
What's included in the 4 free monthly transactions?
The four free transactions include any combination of deposits and withdrawals to virtual accounts, Puntoxpress, Payvalida (El Salvador) and cryptocurrency withdrawals. There are four transactions in total per 30-day period, regardless of type. They do not roll over to the next month if you do not use them all.
When will the physical card be available and who can apply for it?
The physical card is currently in development and will soon be available to users who have completed KYC. Availability will be limited initially and distributed by invitation to active membership users. We will notify you when you can request one in your region.
